I purchased a new Harrow Kookaburra Ghost 7.1 Pro just seven days ago and was advised it was ready to play straight out of the box. However, after only a couple of uses, the bat isn’t performing as expected. The sweet spot isn’t producing the standard sound, and the edges sound unusual and inconsistent. There could be issue with grains or the quality of the willow
I’d appreciate it if your service team could inspect or service the bat to ensure it performs consistently and good enough to play with. Thank you.
