Game Ready Bat Knocking and Prep

At GA Sports we do not have different categories of Bat Preparation. If we prepare your Bat, then we will do everything your Bat needs, to be Match Ready

Step1. 3 Oil Coatings – Proper bat conditioning with quality linseed oil. If the Bat already has an Extratech on the face then we will not be able to oil the Bat. If the existing Extratech needs to be removed, it will be additional cost.

Step 2. Machine Knocking – Up to 15,000 knocks for solid stroke play.

Step 3. Manual Edge Knocking – Expert hand-knocking on toe & edges.

Step 4. Sheet Protection – Clear or fibre sheet as per customer choice.

Step 5. Edge Tape – Extra protection for bat edges, done on clear sheet only

Step 6. Toe Protection – Toe Guard/Shoe glue applied to protect toe from moisture & cracks.

For Same Day Ready Service, you must bring your Bat 4 hours prior to shop closing time. Same Day Ready Service is by appointment only, please call us to confirm availability. You must oil the Bat before Bringing it in for Same Day Service, do 3 light oil coats with at least 12 hours gap between each coat, do not oil the edge as the Extratech will not stick, Oil Face only.
