ordered a blue and white bat as shown on your website, but instead I received a black-painted one, which is completely different from what was advertised.
Today was the first time I used the bat after receiving it, and within a few minutes of play, I noticed a large crack in the middle. It is very clear that the bat was already damaged, repaired, and then painted to conceal the defect. This is completely unacceptable.
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I chose your shop because my friend had a good experience, but this has been the exact opposite. Selling a defective product in this condition is misleading and unprofessional.
